What are the 10 most desirable Streets in North Balgowlah?

Can anyone let me know what Kalaui Street, North Balgowlah is like as an area to live with a young family relocating?

Gloucester Street is definitely one of the best too. No through traffic, 2 min walk to Balgowlah North school and Montessori. Great elevated district views across Seaforth all the way to Bondi. Larhe blocks with backyard gate to Woolgoolgah reserve. So very safe for kids.

(1) Fromelles, (2) Lone Pine Place, (3) Bangaroo Street (Northern End near the reserve), (4) Illalong Avenue, (5) Wonga Street, (6) Garraween Ave, (7) Manning Street (Eastern End), (8) Kalaui Street (9) Sayers Street, (10) Kumo Street
My preference is for the elevated blocks with the northerly aspect close to the reserve that flanks North Balgowlah along its Northern Boundary.
