Yes, and there are lots of dog owners who exercise and socialise their dogs on the beach every day. There are also signs along the beach indicating what hours dogs are allowed to be off-leash.

Depends on which side of Brighton road you buy on. Closer to the beach is far more expensive than the other side by about two to five hundred thousand in price.
