Yes. Although at this time the building is a little lonely. It will soon be surrounded by appartment buildnings but at this time you have to walk a block or two before it feels like you are in a neighborhood. if you walk east there some social housing and if you walk west there are the upscale rowhomes and condos of fairmount.
