Lowell Ave. and Kildare Ave. in the Sauganash Woods area just south of Bryn Mawr. This neighborhood has 82 beautiful custom built homes 1998-2000. Nothing below $500k (as of 2018). ). One home sold for close to $950k (in 2008). These homes are located in the Sauganash school district and If they had a Sauganash zip code (instead of North Park) prices would be 30-50% higher. There are new construction single family homes in Sauganash Glenn that are very similar to Sauganash Woods that are basically on the other side of the street (on Kildare north of Peterson Ave.) that start at $800k + go over $1 million).
Balmoral Ave has some expensive real estate, and I've heard similar things about Sawyer Ave.
