Is Northam still a great place to live and raise children?
I lived in Northam many years ago and it was great for communiting to Perth for work. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I have heard this has changed? What are you thoughts and is it still a good place to raise children? Has the crime rate risen like Perth?

No it is not.
It's one of the largest population of methheads I've had the misfortune to meet.
