Why is Northbridge such a family orientated suburb?
I have noticed and read online that this suburb is very popular with families, why is that?

Northbridge has always been known to attract young families because of the educational facilities we have here. Great suburb to bring up a bring up young kids.
The friendliness of the local community and families are also key elements for attracting them to Northbridge which is only 7km to the CBD,
