"Best agent"

I have known David since we first met in 2015. This is now the third Northbridge home he has sold for us, and we also purchased our fourth Northbridge home through him. Over the years, many agents have approached us offering their services, but there is no one else I would trust with the sale of our properties. David is incredibly hardworking and has always kept us fully informed with honest buyer feedback, market data and advice throughout every campaign. For us, the process is simple. We hand David and Charles the keys, and they take care of everything from start to finish. They literally treated our home as if it were their own. Every detail was taken care of, and they make sure the property is 100% ready before the first buyer walks through the door. David's attention to detail is second to none.
