Northbridge, NSW 2063 is located within the Willoughby local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
There is a lot of talk about the slow down of the property market at the moment? is it just the season or a sign of things to come?

There is hardly a slowdown in the Northbridge market. The lack of stock and vibrancy will continue to underpin the strong growth in Northbridge.
2016 has seen a significant drop in properties for sale Sydney wide and in particular Northbridge. The Federal Election on 2nd July may put a slight damper in the stock level but come Post election and Spring, there could be a flurry of activity, fingers crossed, otherwise prices will continue to firm up again.
