Hi Christine,
Gardiners Pharmacy in North Parramatta is open until 10pm, and there's one at Wentworthville that's open until 10.30pm, but I don't think there is a 24hr chemist. Try this link for the details of the late night ones around the place. http://www.afterhoursinfo.com/sydney/latenightchemists/

Hi Christine, I am not aware of any 24 hour chemists nearby. I'm pretty sure the one in North Parramatta is open until 10pm every day. There are 2 in Northmead but they only open then regular hours. There is also a chemist in Castle Towers (Medical Centre) that is open from 8am to 8pm.
