"Been here for 20 years! - NEVER MOVING!"

I've been a resident in Novar Gardens for over 20 years. It's Adelaide's hidden gem! Novar Gardens is a little suburb of only around 1000 homes. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Close to Immanuel College and Primary School as well as St Leonards Primary School and William Light. No unsightly front fences; houses are set back with manicured lawns right to the curb. The local Novar Gardens Village is close by with an IGA supermarket, cafe, butcher, newsagency, hair salon, chicken shop and chemist. Take the 167 or 168 bus to either the city or Glenelg. Or you can ride your bike to Glenelg in 10-15 mins. Tram and other bus links are also close by to walk to. The suburb has 6 different parks with 5 of them having playgrounds; Linfield Reserve also has a walking trail which goes around it plus a half basketball court, barbeque and gazebos. Another park on Saratoga Drive has tennis courts and a football oval. And if you play golf, the Glenelg Golf Club is just around the corner. Novar Gardens really does have it all, I'm yet to find another place like it.
