I work in Melton and specifically serve Kurunjang in real estate. I personally love the area and feel very safe when walking and meeting people on the road. Amazing parks, schools and other social amenities are literally a stone's throw away from any address. It offers a great lifestyle. A gem for that savvy family looking to relocate to a suburb not to far from the city.
