Warrigal road itself is very busy. I wouldn't want to live on it. However the area is very nice if you head to Oakleigh South. .
It is an excellent location. Close to everything like major shopping centres. 25mins to beach. 40 to city centre.

Oakleigh South is a nice area but the traffic on Warrigal Road is often horrible.
I recommend you try to find something a bit quieter :)
