"Comfort and convenience"
I have been in 51 Oakwood crescent Waurn Ponds for 10years. I have loved this home but I am relocating interstate so only reason I am selling. This home is deceiving in size from the outside but surprisingly larger when you enter. It is perfect for a variety of buyers, singles, young couples, small families and downsizers.
It has been a quiet, safe street throuout the time I have been here. It's proximity to everything around is wonderful, being only a 3-4 minute walk to the train station, and only a few minutes drive to schools, university, shopping centres ,cafes and medical supports.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this home.
