Oban Road, City Beach, WA 6015

Oban road is essentially divided into two sections. Firstly there is the inclined portion running West to East away from Chipping Road with great ocean views, elevation and bordering Kapinara primary school playing fields. Lovely feel to this street with lots of children playing and adults keeping fit! The second aspect of the street runs North to South inland and directs the local traffic to a fantastic local park with huge open spaces, great playing area for the kids, outdoor dining and the local Boulevard shopping complex with all facilities. Overall a great street close to everything and with most of the houses boasting great ocean views, park views or at least proximity to great local ameneties
