What is Curlewis like as a neighbourhood?
We're looking at Clifton Springs and Ocean Grove too. We're a family of four (nine and 4-year olds), making the move from Melbourne so keen to know good schools etc too. Looking at Kardinia College for high school. Budget $500K to $800K

Curlewis is an emerging family hub which offers great value in Bayview Estate ($450-700k) and bayside living in Baywater Estate ($700k+). With shops, parks and schools (Clifton springs primary) within walking distance, theres plenty here. Clifton Springs offers an array of options including cheaper older homes ($450-650k) and more modern homes with bay views for around $700-800k. Ocean Grove is a beachside suburb which obviously means youre paying around $100-200k more for an equivalent home. In the Curlewis/ Clifton Springs area are 6 schools - 3 primary, 3 high schools
