"Busy Road."
Sadly Ogilvie Ave is the main road through Echuca for trucks and Visitors, as well as locals. As a Local I would not consider buying on this road due to it's traffic, I feel it would be unfair to my children to have trucks zooming past out house (70 kmph zone) at all hours of the day and night. I would also feel unsettled in letting them outside to play incase they got over the fence... If you have a fence!
