"An exclusive beachfront street on the southern coast"
Olivers Parade is an exclusive street in the beachside suburb of Hayborough, offering parcels of prime real estate. It is situated on the beachfront at Hayborough, a delightful suburb situated just outside of Victor Harbour. The houses along this stretch are out of this world - grand and modern beach houses of multiple levels, with a garden and a good few carparks.
The views are incredible - sweeping from Port Elliot (and on a clear day all the way to Goolwa) and around to Encounter Bay in Victor Harbour.
The area has just a couple of small shops nearby, but it is best to head to Victor Harbour for any major shopping requirements or other services.
