"Peace and tranquillity"

Listening to the birds while having my morning cup of tea. Kids playing in the street as no through traffic, only cars you see live or are visiting residents. Christmas game of cricket in the park next door. Best of living, great schools and shops in easy walking distance as well as the tranquillity of being beside the creek.
