"Cute, quiet cul-de-sac"
My family and I have lived here since this estate was just being built - we were the second house to go up. The area has hardly any traffic - and most of that is on the main road running down beside the estate - but having said that.... it is Laidley and there is no city traffic here!!!
All the kids in this estate play together - riding bikes, scooters or skateboards around the cul-de-sac and everyone watches out for everyone.
We are not planning on moving anytime soon!! It's the feel of country life, but with a little "city" thrown in - minus the traffic!!!!! As I write this it is 7:29am and I can not here anything but the sound of the birds out on my back lawn...so peaceful!
