Im relocating from Sydney to Gold Coast and looking to purchase a family home. Is Pacific Pines a good area? Im reading mixed reviews. Is it high in crime, drugs, gangs, hoons treating their street like race tracks? Is it a fire/ flood zone? Is this why there is a significant difference between the price of properties compared to Helensvale? What areas would you recommend on the North side of Gold Coast? We will be travelling to Brisbane for work.

This is 2021, there is crime and drugs everywhere. I have found Pacific pines to be safe and a great place to live in the past 13years. It is not without crime but no where is. I still live living here.
