Living in Pacific Pines?

I need to know what the area is like around the streets around Bellinger Key Pacific Pines from someone who has lived in the area for a while.
Don't want to move and find....Arrrrh!! Help get me out of here!!! We need somewhere quiet to live. However close to all amenities. Is is for Retirees and young adults?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
