Being close to the CBD there are many business that will competing to get your dollar so things like cafes, restaurant, laundry and dry clean serivces are reasonably priced.

But if you are looking to buy a property the median sale price for a house is $1,350,000 and for a unit is $521,000 to rent a house you are looking at about $800.00 - $1500.00 p/w and for a unit $500.00 - $1000.00+.
