Not for a long time, depending on where you live in Padstow; ADSL2+ is your best bet. You'll be connecting to the Revesby exchange (which services padstow and its surrounds). The exchange is right at the intersection of The River Road and Doyle road. Im about 2KM from there and I get 16.5MB connection speed. Not bad!
