Do anybody know the neighbourhood of paget AVE, Glengoy, Vic?

I am gonna rent a room in this place but i really have no idea about this place...is it quiet, convenient, friendly and safe place to live? Is it close to bus stop or tram station? Since I am a student in Mel uni. and i have no car, so i am wondering if it is convenient for me to go to the uni. And how long it will take me to my uni by bus? Thank you very very very much!
