Lovely quiet street, friendly people, no main road access so very little traffic - absolutely amazing

"Good family values in this area it is an old area and a lot of old people live here but that is actually good"
Palm ave is a great street to live it is five minutes to westlakes shopping centre and beaches and cafes and restaurants
