Can anyone give an update on crime and the general area for Palm Beach?
Palm Beach, QLD 4221 is located within the Gold Coast local government area, part of the Gold Coast Region in Queensland.
Also my streets to really steer clear from? What are the child cares like in the area?

Crime in Palm Beach I feel is not as bad as other areas. I have lived here for 12 years and have never had any problems. The general feel of Palm Beach is that it has not had the glam makeover yet as its neighbor suburbs north such as Burleigh, Broadbeach and Nobbys Beach. However it has the best beach and play park for kids and dogs on the Gold Coast and the cafe and restaurant scene is starting to heat up and its only just started.

There is no more crime in Palm Beach than any other suburb on the Gold Coast.Probably less than a lot of the suburbs in the western & northern corridors
