"Diligence and Determination"

To Whom It May Concern After making the decision to sell my family home, I was referred to Rosalie and Mark Gordon by a very close friend who had contracted Planet Properties to sell her home five years earlier. They came with exceptionally high recommendations from mutual friends who I knew had bought and sold via Rosalie and Mark, because of their warm friendly manner, their attention to detail, their determination, their ability to provide access to excellent tradesmen who could repair aspects of my home to a high standard, both inside and out, and ultimately to maximise my return. Following every open house, feedback was provided and, even if when was disappointing, still Rosalie and Mark encouraged me, in spite of my frustrations. After many months, changes in the real estate and finance market were making me consider withdrawing the house from sale. With their positive attitude and support, we were all hopeful that the market would improve. I had to maintain some optimism. Then, when I least expected it, a young couple viewed my home, loved it and decided to proceed with the purchase. I was over the moon! I am now in the process of finding my new "forever home", with the help of Rosalie to guide me along the way. Her advice and support have been amazing and I am eternally grateful to both she and Mark for getting me to this point in time. "Passionate and professional"

Mark and Rosalie treated the whole selling process as if it was their own house for sale. They showed genuine passion and care along the way doing the extra things that really made a difference. Feedback from them was honest and detailed from all potential buyers-with daily updates provided . The price the property was placed at was very accurate and not in any way unrealistic or low balled to artificially create interest I would highly recommend them in an industry where there are few like them Brian Fox

Mark and Rosalie sold our property in Punchbowl at auction on the day which is great in today's market. With two other houses for sale in the same street, ours was the only house to sell. They provided great service, advice and were always available to ask questions or to bounce ideas off. They helped us prepare the property for sale in a realistic way. They were always realistic and honest in the advice they provided. No sales hype.

"Phenomenal Agents"

Rosalie and Mark Gordon from Planet Properties are everything we could possibly ask for from real estate agents. They are independent and boutique, and so give you personalised quality attention. They are passionate and professional about their work, and their excitement is palpable in working with them. They have the highest ethical standards and are good people. And they are extremely adaptable. We have had experience in both selling from and buying with them. Both experiences were a pleasure, and in both cases they more than did the right thing by both seller and buyer. In our most recent experience they helped us to sell a wonderful Art Deco apartment in a market that was becoming dicey. They helped us generate lots of quality genuine interest and got a good and fair price. Surely more or less anyone can sell a good property at a decent and fair price when things are hot, but it takes skill and experience to do likewise when the environment is tougher. From engagement, to preparation for sale, to photography, to the advertising campaign and then through the path to finalising a sale contract they were superb. We have now known Mark and Rosalie for over 12 years and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
