"Friendly Gated Community in THE AVENUES"
"The Avenues" (on Palm Meadows Dr) is a pet friendly complex, with the majority owner occupiers, so the complex grounds always look immaculate. With just a short stroll to the Mercure for a morning coffee you will pass many other active residents exercising, walking their dogs or riding bikes. With 11 years of living in Palm Meadows I can honestly say its a great place to live and we have been fortunate enough to have fantastic neighbours ( both current and past) and if it wasn't for having 6 kids in a 3brm duplex, that have now out grown the space, we wouldn't be selling. The new owners young or elderly will love it.
