I think that the best family neighborhood in Palos Verdes Estates is Lunada Bay or the Valmonte area. Lunada Bay is walking distance to three different schools including Palos Verdes Intermediate school as well as Palos Verdes High School. It is the only neighborhood on the Palos Verdes Peninsula that can say that.
