What is the good side of Parafield Gardens to live in? Mawson Lakes side of the highway or opposite?

I was looking at properties in the suburb, and was wondering which was the better area to live in.
Would it be the Mawson Lake's side of Salisbury Highway (The side with the train track) or the opposite side of the highway?
