"Good place to live..."
Park Rd is a an easy stroll to the Yarra River, there is a great walk around the river that can be done. Park Rd has houses with that are from yesteryear with most being miners cottages ect, with well maintained gardens. Great views across to Mt Victoria. In winter snow can can be seen on there from Park Rd. Warburton has a wide variety of resturants and gift shops ect. Its clean and only 75km from the CBD.
