Depends on your address! Its usually about 2 to 3 degrees cooler at night than down on the flats. It can be cold but not cold like down at say Collie! We live in a dip and have lots of trees, so the house can be a bit cold and we have a wood heater running most of winter which we LOVE! But it pays us back in summer with shade and its not hot at all. I wouldnt say its "cold" here - just a bit cooler most nights.
