"Close to everything."
Parsons Grove is a very wide street with a centre strip full of trees running off Oaklands Road. Its currently a mix of older and new homes with several homes sold recently and bulldozed to make way for modern courtyard homes. There is a small reserve and lots of open space. Its just a few metres from the Marion Swim Centre.
