Pascoe Vale, VIC 3044 is located within the Moreland local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We are planning to move to Melbourne, coming from SOuth Africa , We've never been before. What is the expat community like in the suburb? Is Pascoe Vale close to University? My son would start Uni . What is night life like? Are there cafes and live music. We are a couple in early 40's with a son starting uni. Are there local Sport clubs and fitness clubs? In general what is the vibe like. Public transport. Rentals safety and the community in general
