"Quiet street with access to everything at your fingertips"
Quiet street however close to everything
Tram on Melville Rd take you to the Royal Park Railway Station, Zoo, Melbourne Uni, into the CBD and out to St Kilda Road
Bus route comes along Daswon & Albert St, takes you to Moonee Ponds and Northcote
Moonee Ponds is walking distance and has great shops and cafes and another railway stations
Local shopping centre on cnr of Grantham & Union Sts also has coles, butcher, bakery, fruit shop and bottle shop
Easy access to the Tullamarine Fwy and Citylink too
I have lived here for over 4 years and love it
