"Quiet, community feel, good public transport"
Excellent location, bus around the corner, near Mitcham Shopping Centre. Pastro Court mostly consists of 2 bedroom semi-detached homettes. Low maintenance blocks with established trees in the front yards.
This area is not so good in regards to clay soil and house cracking! Especially for the 60s style house construction. This would probably not be such a problem with newer houses that have better foundations to cope with soil movement.
Excellent resale value and the homettes seem easy to sell.
