I am looking to buy a land & house package in Paynesville as an investment
Paynesville, VIC 3880 is located within the East Gippsland local government area, part of the East Gippsland Region in Victoria.
As of the other day I had never heard of Paynesville. An oppurtunity (Ihope) has presented it self to me. What is the likleyhood of having my potential investment rented out?. I can see the potential for capital growth in years to come

There is a big sale in Paynesville in a few weeks through Castran real estate which would be worth a look. The area certainly has potential and continues to grow as reflected by the new developments, but don't expect a fast return like there would be in inner city areas.
