Is Pearce a fire prone area?

Hi AXR, as Canberra is the bush capital it does have a large amount of residential areas that would be considered higher risk of fire. Thankfully Pearce is surrounded by other suburbs and the majority of it is not considered to be in a fire prone area. The main homes at risk are the ones closest to Mount Taylor, as illustrated on the ACT maps found here:https://app.actmapi.act.gov.au/actmapi/index.html?viewer=bushfire
