is Penfield eyre safe to live?

Penfield is those brand new estates which are currently being built, so it would attract young families and retirees alike. But the cheap housing might mean unpleasant and scruffy people would move in, causing trouble. Regardless, I haven’t heard anything like that.

Penfield is coming along pretty well. Lots of new homes and parks are popping up. Some really nice homes, to be honest. I haven’t been around here a lot but I have driven past and looked at some display homes and honestly, it seems like another ordinary. It was very quiet I should say. I just hope it doesn’t turn into another typical northern suburb hole.

I would suggest highly that you would move here than any other northern suburbs out there. It’s a hell hole. Like Mawson Lakes, Penfield will take you into another world far away from the northern suburbs.
