How safe is Union street, Penrith for a family with Kids.
I am planning to buy a property in Union street, Penrith. I have lived in the North Penrith area for a while now, and and thinking of getting a place of my own on Union Street. So just wanted to know if it is a good place to buy a home, and raise kids in. Please advise.
