Would anyone recommend Coreen Avenue, Penrith near New Estate (Empire Court)
Penrith, NSW 2750 is located within the Penrith local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
My husband and I are young professions looking to relocated from the beautiful Blue Mountains for work purposes, I have always lived in regional or county areas never really the suburbs so my question is relating to the fact that we have found a lovely affordable modern townhouse on Coreen Avenue Penrith too rent. There are new houses and townhouse estates built nearby. The townhouses we are interested in are behind and back off the (large fenced off) apartments on Empire Court, Penrith. Any feedback would be great Thanks
