Hi Michael
There are plenty of restaurants up here. As you are aware there is nothing normal about the current climate, so it is hard to say how the employment will be moving forward. however, I have always found if one is prepared to be flexible there are usually options for work. Perhaps check out seek.com.au and also add the local community pages on Facebook as there are jobs being advertised on there from time to time.
