Whats it like living in peregian springs - is it safe or is noosaville better ?
What are the facilities like cafes, restaurants, medical facilites hospitals etc ?
is it safe and friendly with professionals or it is a mix of classes
is it safer to live at Peregian Beach or at Peregian Springs

Peregian Springs is great....Moved here 3 months ago and am absolutely wrapped. Suburb wasn't on my radar initially and once we drove into the area, I got that vibe that people talk about with the tree lined streets and good feel etc. I have been to Peregian Beach a couple times and Noosaville and they both are good also....House prices is what pointed me to the Springs and I am glad they did. There is a small shopping centre here that services those needs and Coolum is where we go for anything beyond that or Noosaville for BIG W etc...Everything is close. Honestly love the place...I know there are smaller more compressed areas which may be the Ridges area people talk about. We bought in the old area around the golf course. Drive into the suburb and you will see what I mean...Cheers
