Are there days/times that the carpark near RPH is not available to the public?

Yes! I can't remember which days now - but one was Thursday and maybe Wednesday. It was also between certain times like 10 and 1pm etc... but you can't know this until you pull up and get turned away. You have to be staff or going to an appt with a medical purpose - pity if you are running on time and then can't park! I was not happy, since I was visiting someone on official business but not medical, and had to leave!
