Is it difficult to get a job if your new to perth??

My partner and I are currently living in mackay and we are originally from brisbane. We moved here for work and it worked out great for a while but times have changed in recent months and we're considering another change!! There could very well be a great offer on the table for him as he is an electrician but would there be alot on offer for me?? i do administration period....from PA, secretarial, officer, assistant, manager you name it i've done it all... i see that there is alot on seek but is it difficult obtaining a job.....
