Looking at buying between Bray Park and Narangba for a large family.
Looking to buy a place in this area or similar near the train line. Have 4 kids so decent affordable block/house in family friendly location is what we're looking for. Probably send kids to private schools but depends on what's around each area. Any recommendations on suburbs, particularly what areas within suburbs would be great :)

Can you define affordable ? A brick 4 bed 2 bath home in Bracken Ridge is 750k+, Murrumba Downs 1.2 million+ Narangba or Kuwongbah 800k+ in school catchments
