"Pretty tree lined street"
Philip street is in a great location where the street is green and clean. You are close tot he train station, cafes, shops and only a short drive tot he Eastlink freeway. The properties on Philip street a well kept and achieve a fantastic rent return for investors. The properties lease quickly and are in high demand.
