"Pretty street."
Pildappa Avenue is a pretty street with predominately well maintained properties. It's a long street running from Marion Road to Hendrie Street with a real mix of properties including lots of larger solid older homes on good size allotments, some new courtyard homes and several units. The Ascot Park Primary School is at the eastern end making it a convenient spot for young families. Pildappa Avenue is a quality street to live in.
