We sell a lot of properties in Ormeau and Pimpama and price's have been heading in the right direction in the past 12 months and we expect steady improvement again in the next 12-24 months.
With the Commonwealth Games scheduled on the Gold Coast for 2018, its hard to see price's going downwards between now and then. Then are many factors to consider with market growth, so there are no guarantee's but everything looks very promising at present.
Estimations in growth to be in the 3-7% range annually for the next 2 years.
