Is Plumpton a good area for investment or not in terms of buying a house there?
Hi, I have reviewed the history of property market in Plumtoy. That shows there was barely increase in house price. Even now, when the property market is booming, there is no many inspectors comming to open houses in Plumpton. Is there a specific reason behind that? Is there an infrastructure plan for this area? The opinions expressed here are those of the individual and not those of Homely.com.au.
